One therapist, start to finish
Tantra Madrid is run by Lídia, a tantric therapist trained in therapeutic massage and tantra, who performs every individual session herself. In a city used to multi-cabin studios with rotating staff, here the person answering your WhatsApp is the one who opens the door.
Her way of working adapts to Madrid without giving up the essentials: sessions of at least an hour, guidelines discussed first and no hurry during, however fast the city moves outside.

What does tantric massage do for work stress and insomnia?
Tantric massage works on stress in two ways: the first half hour is deep work on neck, traps, lower back and pelvis; the second teaches belly breathing with the energy high, which settles the nervous system in a way a conventional relaxing massage does not. The effect clients mention most is sleeping deeply that night.
Those coming with insomnia usually start with the Plus and, if it works, move to the Intensivo.
How much does a tantric massage cost in Madrid?
Between €200 and €600 per individual session and €400 to €800 for couples. Fixed prices incl. VAT, paid at the studio, no deposit.

Visiting Madrid? Hotels, languages and getting here
Tantra Madrid is 10–15 minutes by taxi from most hotels in the centre, Salamanca, Castellana and Gran Vía, and works in English, Spanish and Portuguese. We do not offer hotel visits: the session is at our studio, with two rooms and a shower.

Yes. The 60-minute Plus is 80 minutes door to door with shower and guidelines.
Is it discreet for a public profile?
No sign, diary closed per slot, address only on confirmation, no data stored beyond the booking. We can agree especially quiet slots.
What is release and which sessions include it?
The final climax. Not in the 60-minute sessions; included in the Intensivo, Sublime and couples sessions.
